Thermador Oven Repair Service - Dim Display Condition

492071 - Double Oven Control
Due to lack of service parts availability on the above control boards; these controls will need to be removed from the oven and sent in for repair. CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. is the only factory authorized repair service reconditioning these controls.
The display board and the power relay board are required to be removed and sent in to us for repair. We are unable to complete the repair without both boards being returned.
Please print out and complete the order form; include form with your controls when sending in for repair service; also included is a list of models that use these controls.
The repair cost is $179.98, plus an additional $11.99 for shipping and handling within the 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico - additional shipping charges will apply. Please pack controls securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note: Double oven controls experiencing bake or broil issues will require the return of the lower oven power relay board along with the upper display and power relay board. There is an additional charge for the 2nd power relay board to be repaired.
Our turnaround time is approximately 4-6 days, please be advised total turn time for the repair may be up to two weeks (from the time sent in to the time received back after repaired).
All our parts carry a 6 month warranty if used in a residence.
Please be advised the vacuum florescent tube (display) does degrade over the lifespan of the product. Our reconditioning makes improvements, but may not return the display to 100% of it's original intensity.
