Bill Stotis, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Stotis has been instrumental in establishing various companies and organizations representing a wide range of opportunities for clients of his Law Firm. He has also been involved in various enterprises, as an owner, investor or an officer. His personal participation in such endeavors includes;
Zack Fishman, Director
A board member in Axios Investments LLC, including serving on the Investment Committee of that venture capital entity;
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of CamBank, Inc, a Delaware Corporation and Holding Company of Cambridge Bank. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Stotis was Chairman of the Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee;
Board Member and General Legal Counsel of Cosmopolitan Textile Rental Services, Inc (a large regional linen rental business serving the Hotel, Restaurant and Hospitality industry);
Director of Appliance Controls Technologies, Inc. (a multinational manufacturer of electronic components for the appliance and related industries);
Director of Hellene Sports Industries, A.E. (A Cyprus Corporation) which owned and operated a professional basketball team in Europe;
Director and General Counsel of Suburban Legal Specialists, Inc. (An Illinois based company serving the needs of the Title Insurance industry).
Bill also participated on the Board of 10x Technologies, LLC, a company that is engaged in the replicating of precision microstructures into polymeric and metallic substrates for various industries.
In 1987, Bill formed Stotis & Baird Chartered and is President and managing Director of the law firm. Bill is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association; Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Bar Association, Hellenic Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Bill holds a B.A. degree from DePaul University of Chicago and received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL.
Mr. Fishman is an active entrepreneur who has founded and operated companies in the finance, manufacturing, and education sectors. His experience in the finance industry stems thirty years.
Badal Wadia, Director
Mr. Fishman served as Chairman of the Board of CoreCentric Solutions from 2008-2010.
He founded, and served as managing partner of Illini Trading, a successful market-making and proprietary trading firm. Mr. Fishman also served as a senior manager for TradeGroup, a division of TradeLink. He is a founding partner of Axios Investments, a Chicago venture capital firm concentrating on early stage companies.
Mr. Fishman is also a well known chess instructor and organizer. As founder and CEO of Chess Education Partners, Mr. Fishman has brought his chess programs to schools and community groups throughout Chicago and the suburbs.
Mr. Fishman received a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1981.
Mr. Wadia is the President and CEO of CoreCentric Solutions, Inc.
Lowell Peters, Director
Mr. Wadia is co- founder of the company and has an extensive background in electrical engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution. Mr. Wadia was elected to this position in May, 2007. Prior to being named President and CEO, Mr. Wadia held the position of Vice President, Operations for the company. Mr. Wadia holds a BSEE degree and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
Mr. Peters currently serves as a Director on the Board.
John P. Rompon, Director
Lowell Peters has dedicated his career to all facets of the Services industry. His career spans over forty years, primarily with Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Best Buy. Lowell currently provides Business Advisory services to the Services industry, specializing in the Retail Sector. He is an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an organization dedicated to helping small businesses.
Lowell served as Senior Vice President of Services at Best Buy. In that position he was responsible for all of the Installation and Services provided in support of the customer. He also held the position of Vice President of Parts and Technical Support at Sears. He was responsible for the repair parts functions and the technical support for the technicians.
Over the course of his 25-year career, John has played a leading role in virtually every aspect of the private equity investment cycle – structuring transactions as a lawyer, improving operations as a consultant, leading management teams as a CEO, and evaluating opportunities as an investor and family office advisor. He brought these experiences to bear in co-founding McNally Capital, a firm dedicated to serving the full range of private equity needs of family offices. John’s rare combination of operational and investment experience allow him to drive real value creation in complex private equity portfolios.
John Alexander, Director
As a Managing Partner of McNally Capital, John shares responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the firm and focuses on the development and implementation of strategies that will help families achieve their private equity objectives. With his consulting background and experience as a senior operating executive, John works directly with a family’s portfolio companies and fund managers to unlock value and manage risk.
Prior to co-founding McNally Capital, John was an independent investor and family office advisor. He was previously a founding member and principal in Hewlett-Packard's global Business Process Outsourcing group, where he led transactions in India, Europe and Latin America. Before joining HP, John was the CEO of a General Atlantic Partners portfolio company based in Hyderabad, India and focused on delivering business process outsourcing services.
As a partner with First Consulting Group, a healthcare technology-consulting firm, he established a captive venture capital firm and two consulting practices. Prior to FCG, he was a founding partner of SAI, Inc., a healthcare consulting and investment firm, which he and his partners sold to Perot Systems. John also served as a senior associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and a lawyer with Latham & Watkins.
John holds a B.A. in Economics and History (with honors) from Northwestern University and a J.D. (with highest honors) from Indiana University - Bloomington.
John Alexander was appointed as a Director in March 2011.
Alexander is President of the Americas Region at JohnsonDiversey, a position he has held since October 2008.
Before joining JohnsonDiversey, Inc. John Alexander was Vice President and General Manager, New Business and Innovation, North America with Whirlpool Corporation. Prior to this assignment, in June 2006, he was named vice president and general manager, Brand Management which included all U.S.-branded businesses.
Alexander joined Whirlpool Corporation in 1986 in the cooking product engineering area. He relocated to company headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, in 1989 and held a number of managerial positions in planning, merchandising and product development. In June 1993, he began a five-year assignment in Brazil managing several different areas including marketing, product development and international sales.
On his return to the U.S., he led the initiative to form a new Internet venture that Whirlpool invested in called Brandwise. He was then named vice president, strategic projects. In June 1999, he was appointed vice president, consumer loyalty. He was named general manager, National Accounts in early 2001.
A native of Marion, Ohio, Alexander holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master of business administration from The Ohio State University.
