As President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom leads the full resources of CoreCentric Solutions to help meet client needs today while anticipating tomorrow’s market challenges.
Tom brings a wealth managerial experience to his role, most recently serving as President and CEO of Dyno, LLC, the exclusive distributor of Singer branded sewing notions and crafting supplies. Prior to Dyno, Tom enjoyed an 18-year career at Turtle Wax, an internationally-recognized manufacturer of car care products. During this time, he held a variety of leadership positions including President Global Consumer Products, Chief Operating Officer and Interim President Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his MBA from DePaul University. He has been in his role at CoreCentric Solutions since March 2018.

Chief Financial Officer
Brian is responsible for the financial management and oversight of CoreCentric Solutions, as well as the organizations information technology function.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Brian has been responsible for a wide range of activities including commercial support, financial reporting, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, pricing, shared services, SOX compliance, strategic planning and P&L management for companies such as Schneider Electric and IDEX Corporation. Prior to joining CoreCentric in January 2017, he served as the finance leader for the food and beverage unit of the Aptar Group.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and business from Asbury University and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Vice President Supply Chain
Bringing more than 25 years’ executive-level leadership experience to his role at CoreCentric, Darrin leads the company’s product returns management business, customer service, operational excellence, and all aspects of the supply chain.
Prior to joining CoreCentric in November 2017, Darrin held a variety of leadership positions supporting the consumer goods supply chain space at both Sears Holding Corporation and GE Appliances. Early in his career, Darrin also served as an engineer with the Ford Motor Company. He holds a GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Darrin is a proud alumnus of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He received his master’s degree in manufacturing management from Kettering University.

Managing Director CoreCentric Solutions India
As the managing director of our engineering efforts in India, Rajiv was instrumental in establishing and opening our Pune-based facility in April 2010.
Prior to CoreCentric, he was a member of the senior leadership team at WNS Global Services, a leading international offshore solutions provider, where he was responsible for business transformation in the financial services, travel and insurance verticals, and helped lead transition efforts for complex, cross-continental programs.
Rajiv studied mechanical engineering at the University of Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt in Germany, where he grew up and lived for many years. He also proudly served the German Federal Army before relocating to India.

Senior Vice President, Commercial Development
He brings extensive sales and business development experience to his role at CoreCentric. Most recently, he served as Senior Director New Business Development for Flex, a global contract manufacturing and supply chain solutions company, where he was responsible for new business acquisition globally. Prior to Flex, he held business development and account management roles at TouchSensor Technologies and Material Sciences Corporation.
John earned his undergraduate degree from the University Michigan and holds an MBA from DePaul University. He joined CoreCentric in December 2018.

Vice President Technical Operations
Ken has oversight for CoreCentric’s engineering, quality control and repair/remanufacturing operations. These teams focus on product innovation, process and quality controls and operational efficiencies.
Prior to his role at CoreCentric, Ken was director of engineering services at Tripp Lite, a manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions. He also held various engineering management, research and development and product supply chain positions for Eaton Corporation, Woodward, Inc. and Sears Holding Corporation.
Ken earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s certification from the University of Wisconsin. He joined the CoreCentric team in July 2015.

Joining CoreCentric in July 2012, Dave leverages nearly 30 years’ experience to lead our global technology efforts.
Throughout his career, he has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was an executive with AtHome America, an organization that offered direct ecommerce sales of home décor items. Prior to AtHome, Dave served as senior consultant with the multi-billion-dollar hedge fund Pequot Capital where he offered strategic advice to major brands including Nissan North America and Allstate Insurance. Dave began his career with Applied Systems as a web technologies manager.
Dave received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University.

Leading CoreCentric’s human resources efforts, Don and his team are responsible for talent acquisition, employee/leadership development and employee engagement.
Don has served in a variety of human resources-related roles throughout his career. Prior to joining CoreCentric, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Holland L.P., a railroad equipment manufacturing and construction company. Earlier in his career he held progressively senior human resources positions at ACE Hardware Corporation, Westell Technologies and Freudenberg Household Products.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augustana College. He has been a member of the CoreCentric leadership team since his arrival in October 2017.

Instrumental in establishing numerous companies and organizations, Bill has served as chairman of the board at CoreCentric Solutions since 2010. He is a retired owner and partner of the law firm Stotis & Baird Chartered and has been involved in many enterprises as an owner, investor and officer.
Bill previously served as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Cambridge Bank. He has also been a director or board member of the following companies:

John was appointed to the CoreCentric Solutions board in 2011. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Hunter Fan Company.
Previously, John was President of the Americas at Diversey, Inc. Prior to Diversey, he spent 22 years with Whirlpool Corp. in senior leadership roles in the areas of new business development and innovation, brand businesses and international, working with a JV partner in Brazil for five years. Upon returning, John led a new Whirlpool Internet venture called Brandwise.
In addition to the CoreCentric Solutions board, he sits on the board of Construction Resources.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.

Zack is an entrepreneur who has founded and operated companies in the finance, manufacturing and education sectors. He served as chairman of the board at CoreCentric Solutions from 2008-2010 and has been on the board since the company’s inception in 1995.
Spanning 35 years in the finance industry, Zack founded and served as managing partner of Illini Trading, a market-making and proprietary trading firm. He also served as a senior manager for Tradelink and is a founding partner of Axios Investments LLC, a Chicago venture capital firm.
A well-known chess instructor and organizer, Zack has brought his chess programs to schools and community groups throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He founded Chess Education Partners in 2002.
Zack serves as a board member for Tutoring Chicago, an organization which provides free tutoring to more than 700 young public-school children in Chicago.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois in 1981.

A director at CoreCentric Solutions since September 2017, Tom brings a successful 30-year track record in operations, technology and account management – with a particular emphasis in reverse logistics and a third-party logistics provider – to his role.
Tom was president of GENCO’s reverse logistics unit for several years, overseeing a period of significant profitable growth during his tenure. GENCO is a FedEx company based in Pennsylvania, serving many technology and consumer industries in the United States and Canada. He also served as chief technology officer at GENCO IT for two years prior to his 2016 retirement from the company.
Tom received his BA in journalism from Temple University.

John P. Rompon
For more than 25 years, John has played a leading role in every aspect of private company and family office investing. In addition to being on the Board of Directors of CoreCentric Solutions since 2010, he sits on a variety of private company and philanthropic boards.
John has structured transactions as a lawyer, improved operations as a management consultant, started companies as an entrepreneur, led management teams as a CEO, advised significantly wealthy families regarding their investments and led numerous investments in private companies.
He founded or served in leaderships roles at:

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a member of the state bar associations in California, Washington and Illinois.

Mark is the chief financial officer at Medcor and has played a critical role in senior executive teams of privately-held companies. He is the board secretary for CoreCentric Solutions.
His expertise includes strategic planning, corporate finance, acquisitions, restructuring and new venture investment. Prior to his current CFO role at Medcor, Mark’s other executive positions include the chief financial officer at Rabine Group, a director at Abundant Venture Partners and the chief investment officer at Axios Investments, LLC.
In addition to his board secretary post at CoreCentric Solutions, he serves as a board member for Talisman Systems Group, Inc. and Medcor Canada.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
