CoreCentric Solutions to Present Paper at REMADE Circular Economy Tech Summit & Conference
Carol Stream, IL — March 13, 2023 —We are proud to announce that Everardo Frias Rios, along with a team from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)- Dr. Nenad Nenadic, Nicholas Gardner, and Cooper Linsky, have been selected to present their paper “Image-based Methods for Inspection of Printed Circuit Boards” at the REMADE Circular Economy Tech Summit & Conference.
Everardo and the team from RIT have worked diligently over the past couple of months to be selected as 1 of the 70 presenters at the summit. The team will present during the Enabling a Circular Economy through AI & Machine Learning block on March 21, 2023 at 2:15pm.
Over the next year, Everardo will take the research and prototype and build out processes to implement this new technology into our Parts Core ID and the Condition assessment for Appliance and Product Returns.

The cumulative, five-year embodied energy savings, greenhouse gas reduction and increase in recycled materials use expected to result from REMADE’s investment is approximately 1 Quad of energy (approximately 180 million barrels of oil per year), about 50 million metric tons of CO2equivalent greenhouse gas reduction, and more than a 40 million metric tons per year increase in the supply and use of recycled materials, respectively.
